When you switch to scan only for confirmed Accessibility errors, Monsido annotates your compliance charts to reflect the change

Updated over a week ago

When configuring your domain in Monsido, you have the option to only scan for confirmed Accessibility issues of the type Error. This means that the scan results only include issues that can be programmatically determined as actual errors and do not show issues of type Review and Warning that require manual review to confirm if an issue is present or not in the context.

When you change your domain to scan only for confirmed Errors, a dashed orange line appears on your compliance score charts. This indicates when the change took place and helps you understand why and when you compliance score changed as a result.

Why do I see orange annotations on my accessibility results chart?

When you switch the scan to not include Review and Warning type checks, you will see a sudden change in your compliance score in the Accessibility module.

To help you, your colleagues, and stakeholders to clearly understand the point when your organization switched to scanning for Errors only, Monsido automatically adds an orange line to your charts. This makes it clear exactly when the switch happened and why you see a change in your compliance score.

Where can I find the annotations?

The orange annotations appear on the compliance charts in the Accessibility module, as well as in the Accessibility section of the History Center.
