Monsido has partnered with Piwik PRO to offer a market-leading analytics solution for your websites. In Monsido, you can sign up for Piwik PRO and link it to your Monsido account to easily jump from Monsido into Piwik PRO to view website analytics data.

If the Advanced Analytics module has been enabled on your Monsido account, click the module in the top navigation bar and then click the button "Sign up with Piwik PRO". Follow the instructions on the sign-up page.

Once you're logged into your Piwik PRO account, you'll need to retrieve a tracking script and install it on your website, or take advantage of their Tag Manager option. Learn more in Piwik PRO's Help Center.

In the Advanced Analytics module, you'll see an option to insert your Piwik PRO account subdomain and click a "Connect account" button. After you've done that, your Piwik PRO domain opens in a new browser tab when you click the Advanced Analytics module.

You can either insert the URL of your main Piwik PRO subdomain or select to insert a direct link to a specific website in your Piwik PRO account.

Log into your Piwik PRO account to locate your account subdomain. You'll see it in the browser address bar - it looks like this: https://accountname.piwik.pro

To locate the URL of a specific domain on your Piwik PRO account, expand the domain selector in the top-right corner and click the desired domain. You'll find the specific URL in the browser address bar - it looks like this: https://accountname.piwik.pro/analytics/#/3c02c0a7-9aed-...

Why don't I have the Advanced Analytics module?

If you do not see the Advanced Analytics module in the top navigation bar inside Monsido, it means it has not been enabled for your account. Please reach out to a Monsido representative to learn more about your options.

How much does Piwik PRO cost?

When you sign up via Monsido, you'll be starting on the free-of-charge Core plan. Learn more about Piwik PRO's subscription options on their pricing page.

What is the difference between Monsido Statistics and Piwik PRO?

Monsido Statistics is Monsido's own analytics module which provides an excellent set of fundamental features for helping you retrieve insights on your visitors. Through Piwik PRO, we're able to offer you even more advanced features and the ability to track millions of page views per year.

Can I use Monsido Statistics and Piwik PRO simultaneously?

Yes, if you have both Monsido Statistics and Advanced Analytics enabled on your account, you can use them both simultaneously if you wish. For performance reasons, it may be a good idea to only have one of the services installed at the same time on your website.

I've signed up for Piwik PRO. Can Monsido provide training and technical support?

Monsido does not offer support for any of the products and services provided by Piwik PRO. Please refer to Piwik PRO's Help Center for more information on how to use the product.

Can I use Piwik PRO for domain groups?

Piwik PRO does not offer the same domain segmentation options that Monsido does and we can therefore not offer Piwik PRO for domain groups. The Advanced Analytics module will not show in Monsido if you're working in the scope of a domain group.
