  • Does Monsido offer the opportunity for users to issue a ticket or several tickets in Jira and assign them to one team or person?

Unfortunately, no. Monsido has a separate issue view in Jira. Please create the issue in Intercom. It is possible for Monsido to add a link from an Intercom issue (or several issues) onto the Monsido Jira board.
