Introduction
The Monsido Policies module lets you set custom policies and rules for the Monsido scan to flag. The results from the scan are communicated with reports and alerts. This ensures that all content submitted by website content creators follows the same guidelines. It helps you to keep your content up-to-date and correct.
The module includes a large collection of pre-made policies, as well as the option to create custom policies.

To add the Policies module to your plan, contact your sales representative.

Policies Reports
This section gives information about the different Policies reports that are available.
The available reports for the Policies module are:
Policy Overview Report
List of all Policies Report
List Policies with Type: Matches Report
List Policies with Type: Unwanted Report
List Policies with Type: Required Report.
Click Schedule This Report (calendar icon) on the same row as the report to receive the report as an email attachment. Multiple selection is allowed.
Click Open Report (eye icon) to get the newest report.
Click Report Administration (gear icon) to add other users to receive the report.
