Q. How do I proceed if my scan keeps stopping before it finishes?

  1. If this is not the first scan, the problem is in most cases due to post-processing. Rescan the website using the on-demand scan feature. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

  2. It is possible that the scan has actually finished, but the data processing from the scanner to your tenant database has failed. Rescan the website using the on-demand scan feature. This process could take 2 hours or more to complete, especially for large domains.
