Introduction

After each scan, Monsido emails results to the users on the account. This report is an overview of the errors found in each of Monsido’s Modules. In addition to the standard report, supplemental reports are available.

This section gives instructions on how to set up reports and navigate the Report Center.


Instructions

To schedule and administer reports, click Report Center (paper icon) on the top menu bar of Monsido.

The Report Center dashboard opens. The toolbar has the following options:

The Report Center landing page.
  • Search: Enter a search parameter for reports.

  • Filter: Click to expand the filters choices. Select filters:

    • Module: Choose the module to filter for:

      • Accessibility

      • SEO

      • Statistics

      • Heartbeat

      • Quality Assurance

      • Policy

      • Data Protection

      • Heatmaps

      • Inventory.

  • View: Select the page view. Choose between:

    • Grid

    • List.

  • Title: The title of the report.

  • Module: The module that the report shows results for.

  • Users receiving reports: The users that are assigned to receive reports.

  • Send me weekly reports: On the same row as the report, click to receive a weekly report (current/logged-in user).

  • Open Report (eyeball icon): Click to view the entire report. The Report pane slides open.

    • Select a Domain or Group: Select the domain or group to view.

    • Click Save.

    • A dialog box informs: Generating report. Your report is currently being generated. You will receive an email when the report is ready. You can see the current progress under the "Received reports" box to the right.

      • Open received reports: Click to see a list of received reports.

      • OK: Click to close the dialog box.

  • Report Administration (gear icon): The Schedule Report pane slides open.

    • Select a domain and recipients: Click the link to view the list of users that receive the report for the domain.

    • On the same row as a domain, click the gear icon.

      • The Select Users pane slides open.

      • Tick to select users to receive the report.

      • Click Save to save the selection and close the pane.

    • Click Save on the Schedule Reports pane to save all changes.

    • Domains: The list shows the available domains.


My scheduled reports

This section shows the reports that are scheduled to be delivered to the active (logged in) user after each scan.

  1. On the same row as a report, click the gear icon.

    The Schedule Report pane slides open.

  2. On the same row as a domain, tick the box to select it. The selected report for that domain is sent after each scan.


All scheduled reports

This section shows all reports that are scheduled to be sent, and the users who receive them. Admins can assign users or groups to receive the reports.

  1. On the same row as a report, click the gear icon.

  2. On the same row as a domain, click the gear icon to schedule a new user or group to receive the report.

  3. On the same row as a user, tick to box to select them to receive the report.

  4. Click Save to save the selection and close the pane.

  5. Click Save to save the changes to the domain and close the pane.

Received Reports

This section shows the reports that are scheduled to be sent to the current (logged in) user.

The location of the Received Reports section.

Click Open to view the report. The report shows a more detailed view of the type and number of errors found for the selected module.
