Introduction

Congratulations on allowing us to present Monsido as a one-stop option to improve your website user experience!

A few things are needed before you can get started with Monsido. For more information, see the User Guide chapter:

This chapter gives a quick-start guide on the first things to do with a new Monsido account.

Step 1: Inform Stakeholders

Web governance can affect many individuals across your company. Make sure you take some time to identify who will be impacted – both directly and indirectly – by Monsido. Examples of stakeholders to notify include content creators, marketing departments, SEOs, webmasters, project managers, and IT directors.

Monsido provides a handy guide and email templates for you to send to your stakeholders.

For more information, see the User Guide chapter:

Step 2: Add your Domains to Monsido

Sign in to Monsido and add all of your domains. Remember that domains with the same name that end in .com and .eu are two different domains.

For more information, see the User Guide chapter:

Step 3: Install the Monsido Script

To get the most out of Monsido, install the Monsido lightweight script. Once the script is installed, see errors highlighted on the page where they occur and, if your package includes the Analytics module, statistics show up immediately.

For more information, see the User Guide chapter:

Step 4: Create Groups

Monsido gives you the option to create groups of pages and domains. This makes it easy to delegate responsibility across your team or different departments. Edit groups and add new groups at any time.

For more information, see the User Guide chapters:

Step 5: Create Users and Assign Groups

Next, add users and assign them to groups. Monsido allows unlimited users. During new user creation, assign them to specific groups. Choose which users receive reports and what information they can access, with view or edit permissions.

Step 6: Invite Users to a Live Training Session

Monsido offers optional live training. An onboarding specialist assists you and your team with setup and answers any questions your team members have. For further training, Monsido also offers webinars.

For more information, see the User Guide chapter:

Next Steps

Once these basic steps are completed, Monsido is ready to use. Our support team is here to support you every step of the way with great customer service, resources, and personalized solutions.

Monsido has much more to offer than the basics above. For more information, see the User Guide articles:
